  • Our Door Supervisor Course is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and qualifications needed to work effectively in the private security industry. Covering key topics such as conflict management, physical intervention, customer service, and emergency procedures, the course ensures that participants are fully prepared to handle real-world scenarios with confidence and professionalism. Led by experienced trainers with extensive industry backgrounds, the course combines both theoretical knowledge and practical assessments. Upon successful completion, attendees will receive an industry-recognized qualification, enabling them to apply for an SIA Door Supervisor license and pursue rewarding careers in the security sector.

  • Our CCTV Operator Course is tailored to provide individuals with the knowledge and practical skills required to operate CCTV systems in a professional security environment. The course covers essential topics such as surveillance techniques, monitoring procedures, legal and ethical considerations, and incident reporting. Delivered by experienced trainers, it ensures participants understand the key responsibilities of a CCTV operator, including compliance with the Data Protection Act and SIA regulations. Through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on practice, attendees will gain the expertise needed to manage and monitor security systems effectively. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an industry-recognized qualification, enabling them to apply for an SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) license.

  • This course is delivered over 21 days. 
    Includes;
    3 day First Aid at Work 
    18 day SIA Close Protection 

    The course is delivered through the Highfield specification and will allow successful candidates to work as a close protection operative. 

    It is expected that candidates will have a good level of computer literacy and all will be required to pass a basic English assessment prior to undertaking the course. 

    The course is designed to replicate scenarios typically encountered while working as a CPO

  • 3 day - First Aid at Work training course (RQF), provided through Highfield and conforms with HSE guidance.

     

    Provides a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces, giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.

     

    It meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.

  • 1 day - Emergency First Aid at Work training course (RQF),

    delivered with Highfield and conforms with HSE guidance.

     

    Provides a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces, giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.

     

    It meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.

  • The AET is a qualification that provides a foundation in teaching methods, lesson planning, assessment, and creating an inclusive classroom environment. It's a valuable qualification for those interested in training or teaching adults.

  • The Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET) is a part-time course suitable for you if you want a qualification that focuses on practical teaching or if you are currently teaching and want to have your experience and practice accredited.

     

    You will need to be teaching, or have a teaching placement to undertake this qualification as there is a requirement for a minimum of 30 hours of practice. 

     

    The course is assessed through writing assignments, observations and professional discussions. As part of the course you will need to complete a minimum of three teaching observations.

  • The APLH course, or Award for Personal Licence Holders, is a qualification required to sell or supervise the sale of alcohol in England and Wales. The course is required by the Licensing Act 2003. 

    What the course covers 

    • The legal and social responsibilities of a personal licence holder

    • Licensing objectives and authorities

    • Operating schedules

    • Police powers and rights of entry

    • Protection of children

    • Illegal drugs, alcohol, and disorderly conduct

    How to take the course 

    • The course includes practice questions and an assessment

    • If you pass, you receive a certificate that you can provide to your local council

    What to do after the course

    After passing the course, you can apply for your Personal Licence badge through your local council 

    Your personal licence will run indefinitely unless you cancel, forfeit, or surrender it
